					DESCRIPTION OF TRAINING:  
					PreparationFor easier understanding of the course participants should be fluent in English (at least B2 level of language competency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). Participants are required to bring assessment materials they usually use while assessing their trainees and that they will learn to implement in form of a computer-based assessment.
 
					  
					ObjectivesThe objectives of the course include:
 
					
						clarifying e-assessment characteristics, techniques, potential and limits in both teaching and assessing practices,
						providing participants with practical hands-on experience with several open-source tools,
						developing practical skills in designing various e-assessment materials including multimedia rich content
						using technology in the classroom and remotely for self-assessment, summative and formative assessment
						sharing of experiences and good practices in educational assessment,
						integrating e-assessment in traditional forms of education. 
					  
					MethodologyThe methodology underlying the course will include:
 
					
						lecturing as a mean of delivering necessary theoretical background to the participants,
						group discussions as a mean of verbalizing new knowledge and analyzing it from the perspective of previous experiences,
						practical hands-on experiences as a mean of demystifying and familiarizing with new technologies,
						knowledge transfer and reinforcement,
						best practice examples as a mean for motivation and further development. 
					  
					Follow-upThe trainers will remain in contact with the participants for further support, networking, and exchange of experiences and good practices. A follow-up webinar will be organized one month after the end of the course in order to facilitate this exchange.
